Heron took over the Austin Dish Lending Library to ensure the community didn't lose this valuable free resource. You can add a donation by adding the Austin Dish Lending Library donation product to your cart along with your dishes.
Austin Dish Lending Library How it Works:
1. Add the glasses, plates, napkins, silverware and more you're needing for your event to your cart using the blue add to cart button on each page.
2. After adding items to your cart, you'll be prompted to choose the dates of your reservation. We will have your order ready for pickup at our warehouse at 5460 Guadalupe Street on the day your reservation begins. Feel free to choose a return date a day or two after your event ends so you have time to wash everything you borrowed before returning!
3. You can receive free delivery and pickup of your dishes with a $50+ order from Heron. Feel free to receive delivery of your dishes with your Heron order but return the dishes yourself to our warehouse at a later date to avoid rushing to clean everything. If your dishes are not outside for pickup with your Heron order we will text you return instructions.
4. For orders picked up at the Heron warehouse, you will receive a text with pickup directions the day before your reservation begins.
5. Enjoy your event, wash the dishes thoroughly and package them back to the best of your ability. Please note you MUST wash everything you rent. Do not put dirty dishes outside for pickup, the continuation of this service depends on people using it fairly.
6. Return your order to our warehouse. Please do your best to return by the end of your reservation date as another customer may have reserved your specific set to fit the theme of their event.
