Ready to enjoy some home made pizza?

Helpful tip: Based on Ooni’s provided burn rate guidelines, 16oz of propane will provide about 90 minutes of use. 

After the required 15 minutes it takes to heat up, the oven can cook a 12”pizza in 60 seconds. 

Note: The bamboo peel is best for putting the pizza into the oven and the metal peel is best for taking the pizza out.
