Heron doesn't install outdoor pizza ovens but we do have something arguably better - a portable outdoor gas powered pizza oven from Ooni that reaches 932 degrees in 10 minutes for genuine Neapolitan style pizza cooked in 60 seconds. This bundle includes everything you need for a backyard pizza party this summer including:
- an Ooni Koda gas powered pizza oven
- an infrared thermometer
- a pizza peel
- one 16oz propane tank to power the oven
Based on Ooni’s provided burn rate guidelines, 16oz of propane will provide about 90 minutes of use.
After the required 15 minutes it takes to heat up, the oven can cook a 12”pizza in 60 seconds.
